Lemon Tart

Craving for a light and tangy dessert? Try this easy Lemon Tart Recipe. You don't have to be a pro to bake this. So, let's start.  Tart Dough 500 g. cake flour 240 g. butter 2 pcs. egg 150 g. sugar   Lemon Tart Filling 2 tbsp lemon zest 5 pcs egg 150 g. sugar 85 ml. lemon juice 150 ml whipping cream Let us start with the tart dough. Combine the ingredients until you form a dough. Cover it with cling wrap or film and let it rest inside the fridge for atleast 30 minutes.     Grease and flour your baking cups. Put dough on the cups and spread it on the entire baking cups or pan. Bake the tart shell in 150'C for 12-15 minutes or until it is golden brown. I put soya beans to prevent if from shrinking and popping. While baking the tart shell you can proceed in mixing our filling.  Combine all the lemon tart filling ingredients.  Fill in your tart shell with the lemon filling mixture.  Put in the oven at 138'C for 15-20 min

17th Macau Food Festival

One of the largest events here in Macau is its Food Festival held during the month of November in Sai Van Lake Square near Macau Tower. Usually, the event runs for two weeks.   Payment system for the festival is through coupons. There are designated Cashier stall where you can convert your cash to coupon.  . Each year it showcases a culinary theme which is Japanese cuisine for this year. Food shops and restaurants around Macau SAR participated in the said event.
